There are 2 kinds of people in the world

Just kidding.

But there ARE 2 kinds of discomfort.

There's icky discomfort - the kind you get in your shoulders because you've been sitting at a desk all day. The kind you get because you didn't drink any water today, just coffee. The kind you get because the body does, in fact, keep the score and you've been really taking hits the last few days.

Icky discomfort asks you to pleas, Please PLEASE change things up. Because if you keep going like this, it's only going to feel *more* uncomfortable.

The 2nd kind, though, is YUMMY discomfort.

It's when you're holding a plank pose and you finally feel that "lower core" engage, like the pilates teacher said you would.

It's when you take a deep breath when you didn't know you'd been shallow stress-breathing and you feel your lungs open wider than they have in a while.

It's when you've been just slightly too cold for a while and then you sink into a hot bath.

Yummy discomfort asks you to stick it out, slow down, and notice how you feel. Because something is changing for the better.

2026 is the year of Yummy discomfort.

It's not always easy, or fun, or soft. Sometimes it might feel too hard, like you need some support & accountability to stick with it. Well, just imagine Campfyre Co. as your gym buddy, there with you at an ungodly hour in the morning cheering you on to hold your plank for just 10 more seconds, because we know you can.

Campfyre Coaching Collective is a year of coaching in community with other former gifted kids turned witchy women who are ready to stop rejecting the most powerful parts of themselves and lean into YUMMY discomfort that makes a Taylor Swift Wi$h Li$t kind of life possible.

It's not necessarily easier, but it feels way better when we do it together.

But don't take my word for it:

"It feels really validating and reassuring to hear somebody else talk about something that they're going through - whether or not I can relate to it. Like, it just feels good to be a witness to somebody else being human."- Maria M. (OG Campfyre member!)

I'll see you around the Campfyre.
