Dance Like No One's Watching

In my coaching I've always done one-on-one because I wanted to make sure that every woman had the permission to go deep, without worrying that anyone was watching. I wanted her to be able to get exactly what she needed, without worrying if she was taking up too much space or time or whether she was behind or "doing it right".

In my personal experience it's always been easier to dance like no one is watching when, in fact, no one else is there watching you.

Our formative experiences in groups of women? It's not always positive.

We are the generation that Mean Girls was written about, let's not forget.

I remember in middle school girls would write petitions about other girls, saying like "Susan smells bad" and "No one likes Jessica" and would pass them around getting the rest of the class to sign them.

No wonder it is hard for us to feel safe being ourselves around other women.

But I think I have finally come up with a strategy and a program that allows for women to have this private, personalized growth experience and transformation with the EXTRA powerful practice of being fully themselves and taking up space in a group of women.

Part of the way I know this group is going to be a safe space for self-discovery, uplevel and exporation is because I am being RIDICULOUSLY picky about who gets in.

I mean, if you're on my email list, I'm already pretty sure you understand the vibes here.

But if we've never worked together? Or if this is our first time interacting?

You can be sure we're going to hop on a quick call to touch base and make sure you're bringing the new-age-slumber-party vibes we're cultivating. Especially if you want to come in as a General, and take on some leadership responsibility.

My highest goal is to create a space where you feel Safe and feel Seen, while letting you embrace your inner rebel and "bad girl".

So if you've been wondering if there is a way to embrace your inner Bad Girl without recreating the harm you saw in middle and high school? This is the program for you.

I'd love to invite you into our circle! Reply to this email today to get involved.

Today's card is......(drumroll please!) The Fool. Card 0. The Very. First. One. I drew this card and immediately was called to pull up this song on youtube (and the music video is even more charming than I can remember). Because, you see, the inner perfectionist in me? The good girl? The one who hates to be bad at something (especially in public) she used to hate the Fool card. What is a fool, she thought, except something useless, inconvenient, and unpredictable. The one who messes...

"I am woman, hear me roar!" "I'm feeling delusional and unhinged today, so that's the energy I'm bringing." What do you think a session with me would be like? Even if you've had one with me before, I don't think you quite understand what's in the works right now. When I started coaching it was all about thoughts. Changing your thoughts and changing how much control they have over you. Now it's gotten hotter and weirder. In the past month I've lead clients through chakra cleanses time-travel...

The economy is going bonkers. We have, at the same time, a lot of money to spend on things we don't need and not quite enough money to afford the things we *do* need. I've been thinking about this today as I'm once again in my head about what it means to charge for coaching. Why would my clients pay me instead of creating this change on their own, or through less expensive options like self-help books or listening to free podcasts? Cooking is not complete without a dance around the kitchen...
