When I first rebranded my business last year - switching from "Building Balance" to "Good Girl Deprogramming" for my coaching container - I thought of offering "spice levels" at the beginning of each session. Like, do you want this to be big, transformative coaching that will radically change the way you live your life? Or, do you want something more comfortable? I've come to realize that I'm not really interested in working with women who want to stay comfortable. When you've been living an unaligned life for too long, the discomfort becomes unbearable. And you're all of a sudden ready to try something new, something different, even if you might not like it. That's where my coaching sweet (& spicy) spot is.
